Mindfulness

Mindfulness as a concept can be perceived as a twenty-first-century trend. The original mindfulness can be found in Eastern countries, where it has been a part of religious practice for a long time. To be mindful means to be completely aware of everything that is happening and to pay attention to every little detail of everyday life. 

  • Learning to breathe  - is a mindfulness-based curriculum designed for classrooms or other group settings. 

  • Peace of mind - is a mindfulness technique which teaches students to calm themselves down, and how to focus, it stresses empathy towards others and how to deal with conflicts peacefully.
